Roles and Responsibilities
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, Analysing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

- Updating the employee database in the system.
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about the company policies.
- Scheduling Induction & Orientation of new joiners.
- Assisting HR Manager for day to day tasks.
- Leave management.
- Co-ordinating with the team for Utility management (Fleet, Office Space, Asset, Necessities, Agreements).
- Co-ordinating with the team for Insurance & Claim Management (Health, Vehicle, Property).
- Fetching data from departments & Appraisal on the performance of an individual (KPI).
- Conducting/arranging training sessions for employees.
- Payroll-Gather payroll data & Processing.
